St. Louis – In the last week, Attorney General Chris Koster has secured three high profile agricultural endorsements in the race for governor. Koster’s longstanding relationship with the farming community secured nominations from the Farm Bureau, Corn Growers Association, and Soybean Association. Though these groups have a history of supporting Republicans, Koster’s strong record on agricultural issues made the Democrat the clear choice in this election cycle.

Koster has fought for Missouri’s rural communities for his entire career. He pushed back federal regulators dictating how Missouri’s farmers can use their land, helped lead the fight for Missouri’s Right-to-Farm amendment, and pushed for the expansion of the state’s biofuel production.
